Celine Collis is an Associate in the Bermuda Corporate practice.
Celine’s practice includes all aspects of general corporate and commercial law, with a particular focus on cross-border corporate finance, aviation finance, corporate reorganisations, M&A, re-domestications and compliance and regulatory matters.
Prior to joining Conyers, Celine qualified as an Associate at Reed Smith LLP in London and was admitted as a Solicitor of England and Wales. During her time at Reed Smith, Celine advised on a board range of asset finance matters, including aircraft acquisitions and dispositions, vessel portfolio financings, sale-leasebacks and warehouse facilities.

- Advised special purpose insurer Sakura Re Ltd. on its US$150 million catastrophe bond issuance, comprising Series 2025-1 Class A Principal At-Risk Variable Rate Notes due 5 April 2029.
- Advised special purpose insurer Mona Lisa Re Ltd. on its new catastrophe bond issuance totalling US$350 million, which were listed on the Bermuda Stock Exchange.
