Conyers provided Bermuda law advice to Avolon Holdings Limited (“Avolon”), the international aircraft leasing company, in connection with a senior notes offerings by Avolon Holdings Funding Limited (the “Issuer”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Avolon.
The private offering (the “Offering”) by the Issuer for a principal aggregate amount of US$1,250,000,000 of 4.950% senior notes due 2032 (the “Notes”), closed on 11 September 2025. The Notes are fully and unconditionally guaranteed by Avolon and by certain of its subsidiaries. Net proceeds from the Offering will be used for general corporate purposes, which may include the future repayment of outstanding indebtedness.
