Flora Zeng is a Senior Associate in the Hong Kong Corporate practice at Conyers.
Flora has deep experience in the structuring, formation, and operation of a wide range of investment funds, with a focus on venture capital funds, digital assets funds, private equity funds, project funds, real estate funds, credit funds, hedge funds and funds of funds. She also advises on downstream investments, including private equity and financing transactions, and assists clients in obtaining the necessary securities investment business licenses in the BVI and the Cayman Islands.
Flora provides comprehensive legal services to a diverse client base, including investment firms, financial institutions and high-net-worth individuals. With a strong understanding of the legal and regulatory framework in offshore jurisdictions, she advises clients on all aspects of investment fund formation and operation. She has leveraged her distinctive in-house experience and solid offshore law firm training to deliver services precisely tailored to the specific needs of clients.

- Worked at a leading offshore law firm and advised clients on fund structuring, governance, regulatory compliance, and downstream investments, with a focus on the Asia-Pacific region, including greater China
