Flora Zeng is a Senior Associate in the Hong Kong Corporate practice. She has deep experience in the structuring, formation and operation of all types of funds, with a focus on venture capital funds, private equity funds, project funds, real estate funds, credit funds, hedge funds and funds of funds. She also has experience in downstream investments, such as private equity transactions and financing transactions.

Flora specializes in providing comprehensive legal services to a diverse range of clients, including investment firms, financial institutions and high-net-worth individuals. With a deep understanding of the legal and regulatory framework, she is dedicated to advising clients on all aspects of investment funds.

Experience

Prior to joining Conyers, Flora was a legal counsel of an international financial institution and oversaw the legal aspects of its asset management platform, consisting of both primary and secondary markets. Prior to that, she served as a legal counsel of a PRC leading wealth and asset management company, where she was responsible for handling legal matters pertaining to offshore fund formation and operation. She started her fund career with a leading offshore law firm and she had advised clients regarding fund formation, governance, regulatory compliance and downstream investments, with an emphasis on the Asia-Pacific region, including greater China. Flora’s distinctive in-house experience and solid training obtained from an offshore law firm allows her to tailor her services precisely to the specific needs of clients.
