Jennifer Wen

Jennifer Wen is Client Knowledge Manager & Senior Supervisor of Conyers Corporate Services Hong Kong. She joined Conyers’ Hong Kong office in 1993 and has over 22 years of experience in providing corporate services to clients in relation to Bermuda, BVI and Cayman entities.

Jennifer currently leads one of the teams of Conyers Corporate Services (CCS) in Hong Kong. She has extensive knowledge with formations of entities for IPO transactions, funds, partnerships and principal share registrar services for listed companies. She also works closely with the Conyers legal team and the wider CCS teams in our other offices to provide comprehensive corporate, secretarial and administrative services to clients as well as ensuring that our corporate services is in full compliance to satisfy with the relevant regulatory standards for each of the jurisdictions.
