Miranda Ho is an Assistant Manager & Senior Supervisor of Conyers Corporate Services Hong Kong. Before she joined Conyers’ Hong Kong office in 2008, she had worked in one of the largest international accounting firms and business advisors in Hong Kong.

Miranda provides comprehensive corporate, secretarial and administrative services to clients in relation to public listings, business transactions, funds, partnerships and principal share registrar services for listed companies. She has extensive knowledge of company formation and all aspects of statutory administration and annual compliance in various jurisdictions and overseas authorities.
