Rita Leung is a Senior Associate in the Singapore office of Conyers.

Rita’s practice covers all aspects of corporate and commercial law and corporate finance transactions including initial public offerings, SPAC listings and de-SPAC transactions, takeovers and privatisations of offshore companies listed on major global exchanges including the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, the New York Stock Exchange and NASDAQ, and the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited. Her experience also extends to mergers and acquisitions, private equity and debt transactions, restructuring exercises, other securities-related transactions and financing transactions.

Rita was based in Conyers’ Hong Kong office from 2021 to 2024, during which she worked on several high-profile deals, including the award-winning Hong Kong IPO of ZJLD Group Inc. Rita was seconded to the Singapore office for nine months in 2023, strengthening ties with the wider Corporate team and gaining valuable experience from servicing the firm’s regional clients across different markets.
