Conyers acted as Cayman Islands legal counsel to Amer Sports, Inc. (“Amer Sports”) in its US$1.37 billion initial public offering and listing on the New York Stock Exchange.

Finland-based Amer Sports is backed by China’s biggest sportswear maker Anta Sports Products, and the New York listing represents the largest stock offering by a Chinese owned company in the US since the US$4.4 billion listing of ride-hailing group DiDi in 2021.

Amer Sports has an impressive portfolio of some of the world’s most iconic sports and outdoor brands including Arc’teryx, Salomon, Wilson, Peak Performance and Atomic.
