Sarah Lusher is a Counsel in the Bermuda Corporate practice.

Sarah’s practice includes all aspects of corporate and commercial law, including cross border and multi-jurisdictional corporate finance, M&A, re-domestications, partnerships and insurance law and regulation. She advises both exempted and local companies in a variety of areas, such as restructurings, refinancing, business formation and corporate governance.

Sarah also frequently advises on regulatory matters, focusing on economic substance, AML/ATF compliance and the licensing and ongoing compliance obligations of regulated entities, including investment funds, segregated accounts companies, insurance companies and insurance intermediaries. Sarah acts for a number of public companies and financial institutions.
