Satjivan Singh Aujla (Satj) is a Senior Associate in the Bermuda Private Client & Trust practice, having joined in October 2021.
Satj completed his training contract with a leading London law firm, qualifying into their Private Client department where he gained exposure to a wide range of private wealth, trust and tax work. Satj’s practice now involves the creation and restructuring of trust structures, international matters spanning high-value private wealth disputes and advising trustees (individuals and corporates) on their duties.
Satjivan is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
