Tommy Tuohy is a Partner in the Cayman Islands Corporate practice.

Tommy’s practice covers a wide range of finance and corporate matters, with a focus on leverage finance, project finance and fund finance. He regularly acts for lenders and sponsors on a variety of fund finance transactions, including subscription line, NAV and hybrid facilities.

Tommy has also acted on numerous project and development finance transactions in the electricity, energy and infrastructure sectors. His asset finance experience includes advising on shipping finance, with a particular emphasis on secured lending over Cayman-flagged yachts.

Tommy also advises on the formation and listing of SPACs and has acted on multiple Cayman IPOs on US stock exchanges.
