Conyers advised 3264 Re Ltd. on its US$200,000,000 Series 2026-1 Principal At-Risk Variable Notes to investors.
Conyers’ role included assisting with the preparation of documents, facilitating the listing of the notes on the Bermuda Stock Exchange and providing Bermuda law advice to the company up to closing.
This is Hannover Re’s seventh catastrophe bond in the 3264 Re series of deals. Director Alexandra Macdonald and Associate Nicole Yearwood of Conyers’ Bermuda office advised on the matter, working alongside Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP.
