Conyers acted as Bermuda counsel advising Acorn Re Ltd., a special purpose insurer, on its issuance of US$240,000,000 Series 2025-1 Class A Principal At-Risk Variable Rate Notes due 7 November 2028 under its Principal-at-Risk Variable Rate Note Program, which were listed on the Bermuda Stock Exchange.
Conyers’ role included assisting with the preparation of documents, facilitating the listing of the Notes on the Bermuda Stock Exchange and providing Bermuda law advice to the company up to closing.
