Conyers provided Bermuda legal advice to China Gas Holdings Limited (“China Gas”) in connection with the issue of up to RMB1 billion super short term commercial papers with maturity not exceeding 168 days on the China Inter-bank Bond Market (6th Tranche).
China Gas is a trans-regional, integrated energy suppliers and service providers, primarily engaged in the investment, construction and operation of city and township gas business in China.
