Conyers provided Bermuda legal advice to China Gas Holdings Limited (“China Gas”) in connection with the issue of up to RMB700 million super short term commercial papers on the China Inter-bank Bond Market for the 1st tranche.
China Gas is a cross-regional, integrated energy supplier and service provider, focusing mainly on investing in, building, and operating urban and township gas operations across China.
