Conyers acted as special Bermuda legal counsel to James River Group Holdings, Ltd. (NASDAQ: JRVR) providing Bermuda corporate and insurance regulatory advice in connection with its underwritten public offering. Conyers’ role included preparation and review of the Bermuda regulatory sections of the offering documents, providing advice on matters with the Bermuda regulator, and issuing opinions on the Company to Underwriters in connection with the registration of 6,497,500 common shares of the Company.
