Conyers provided Cayman Islands legal advice to Globavend Holdings Limited (“Globavend”) in connection with its initial public offering of shares on the Nasdaq stock exchange. The IPO raised approximately US$6 million.
Globavend is an e-commerce logistics company providing, through its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, end-to-end supply chain solutions in Hong Kong, Australia and New Zealand.
