Conyers provided BVI legal advise to Meranti ASEAN Growth Fund II L.P. and Gobi Future Fund LPF in connection with the subscription of up to an aggregate of 6,654 new Class A Preference Shares of no par value each in Bitsmedia Holdings Ltd.
Bitsmedia Holdings Ltd is a holding company and through its subsidiaries, develops application software. Serving customers in Singapore, Bitsmedia focuses on developing mobile application which offers investment and monitoring services.
