Conyers advised Merna Re II Ltd, a Bermuda SPI sponsored by State Farm, on its latest cat bond transaction including the issuance of US$350,000,000 Series 2021-1 Principal At-Risk Variable Rate Notes. Conyers’ role included facilitating the listing of the notes on the Bermuda Stock Exchange and providing Bermuda law advice to the company up to closing.
