Conyers’ acted for Apollo Global Management, LLC (“Apollo”) in connection with its US$2.6 billion acquisition of Aspen Insurance Holdings Limited (“AIHL”).  The acquisition was completed through a merger of an Apollo subsidiary with and into AIHL following which AIHL’s ordinary shares were delisted from the New York and Bermuda Stock Exchanges.

Apollo provides global alternative asset manager services. The company raises, invests, and manages private equity, credit-oriented capital markets, and real estate funds. The funds are invested across a core group of industries throughout the world. It was founded in 1990 and is headquartered in New York City.
