Conyers advised Bermuda exempted company Athene Holding Ltd. (the “Company”), one of the world’s leading retirement services companies, on the successful reorganisation of its Bermuda subsidiaries. The reorganisation was carried out in connection with the Company’s merger under Apollo Global Management, Inc..
Conyers acted for the Company with respect to all Bermuda law aspects including advising on the mechanics to effect the reorganisation, assisting with incorporating new subsidiaries and advising on/ obtaining/ making all required regulatory approvals/ notifications.
