Conyers advises BOSCI (BVI) Limited (“BOSCI”) in connection with the issue by the Company of US$300 million 1.250 per cent. credit enhanced bonds due 2023 with the benefit of a keepwell deed provided by Bank of Shanghai Co., Ltd. and an irrevocable standby letter of credit dated 10 September 2020, issued by China Construction Bank Corporation, Hong Kong Branch.

BOSCI is a direct subsidiary of BOSC International Company Limited which is the flagship investment bank of the Bank. Headquartered in Shanghai, the Bank is a joint-stock commercial bank founded in 1995. It provides investment banking business such as sponsoring and underwriting IPOs in overseas capital markets, mergers and acquisitions and asset management etc.
