Conyers acted as special legal counsel in the Cayman Islands to Concord New Energy Group Limited (the “Company”) in connection with the exchange offer by the Company (the “Exchange Offer”) to exchange any of the outstanding US$200 million 7.9% senior notes due 2021 of the Company for the Company’s new US$ denominated senior notes due 2023 (the “New Notes”).

Conyers also acted as special legal counsel in the British Virgin Islands to the subsidiary guarantors of the Company, CENTURY CONCORD ENERGY INVESTMENT LIMITED, CENTURY CONCORD HOLDINGS LIMITED, China Wind Power Holdings Limited, CWP Energy Holdings Ltd in connection with the offering by the Company of the New Notes.

The Company and its subsidiaries are engaged in engineering, procurement and construction (EPC), operation and maintenance of wind power plants, the manufacture of wind power equipment and other wind power related business.
