Conyers acted as special legal counsel in the Cayman Islands to Concord New Energy Group Limited (the “Company”) in connection with the issue by the Company of US$6.552 million 10.75% senior notes due 2023 (the “Notes”)
Conyers also acted as special legal counsel in the British Virgin Islands to the subsidiary guarantors of the Company, CENTURY CONCORD ENERGY INVESTMENT LIMITED, CENTURY CONCORD HOLDINGS LIMITED, China Wind Power Holdings Limited, CWP Energy Holdings Ltd in connection with the issuance of the Notes.
The Company and its subsidiaries are engaged in engineering, procurement and construction (EPC), operation and maintenance of wind power plants, the manufacture of wind power equipment and other wind power related business.
