Conyers provided British Virgin Islands and Cayman Islands legal advice to IWS Group Holdings Limited (the “Company”) in connection with its HK$64 million initial public offering of 200,000,000 shares on the GEM of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (Stock code: 8441).
The Company is an established facility services provider specialised in providing security services, with a growing focus on facility management services across public and private sectors in Hong Kong.
