Conyers Advises Kamaroopin on Their Series D Investment into Brazilian Healthcare Technology Firm Dr.Consulta
Conyers has acted as Cayman Islands counsel to Kamaroopin in connection with their recent BRL$100m Series D investment into Brazilian healthcare technology firm Dr.Consulta. Kamaroopin is a growth equity firm previously affiliated with Tarpon Investments and led by Pedro Faria, which recently entered a strategic partnership with and received investment from Patria Investments. Dr.Consulta’s aim is to provide high quality, low cost healthcare and diagnostic services to uninsured individuals. The Conyers team was led by Partner Nicholas Pattman with assistance from Counsel Barnabas Finnigan.
