Conyers advises lenders in connection with Informa PLC’s £1.6 billion loan facility

Conyers Dill & Pearman advised Bank of America Merrill Lynch International Limited and a consortium of lenders on the Bermuda law aspects of a £1.6 billon term loan facility granted to Informa PLC.

Informa PLC engages in business intelligence, academic publishing, and knowledge and events businesses worldwide. It was founded in 1998 and is headquartered in London, UK.

Counsel Sheba Raza of Conyers’ London office provided Bermuda law advice on the matter working alongside Allen & Overy who advised on the English law aspects of the transaction.
