Conyers advised existing client PureCircle Limited as issuer on the recent placing of 9,500,000 of its new ordinary shares of US$0.10 each.
The Placing which closed on 15 May 2019 raised gross proceeds of circa. US$35 million (before expenses). The Placing Shares represent approximately 5.4% of the PureCircle Limited’s existing issued ordinary share capital. Numis Securities Limited acted as sole bookrunner in respect of the Placing.
PureCircle Limited is a world leading producer and innovator of stevia sweeteners.
