Conyers provided Cayman Islands and British Virgin Islands legal advice to Suoxinda Holdings Limited (the Company) in connection with its HK$150 million initial public offering of 100,000,000 shares on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (Stock code: 3680).
Headquartered in Shenzhen, the PRC, the Company is a big data and artificial intelligence service provider. It focuses on developing and delivering data and AI solutions, tool platforms and consulting services for major Chinese banks and financial institutions in the PRC.
