Conyers announces continued growth in the Cayman Islands through key appointments and promotions, including the addition of two new Counsels to the Corporate and the Litigation & Restructuring practices.
Conyers’ Litigation & Restructuring practice in the Cayman Islands welcomes Counsel Clare Bradin from Allens Linklaters in Melbourne, joining the firm with over a decade of experience supporting clients in navigating their most complex, high value and strategically significant disputes and investigations.
Conyers’ Corporate practice group has similarly welcomed Jennifer Sangaroonthong as Counsel from another leading Cayman Islands law firm, bringing further depth to the Corporate team with a strong background in providing innovative solutions to fund sponsors in the areas of fund formation, structuring and regulation.
Conyers also celebrates the recent promotion of Róisín Liddy-Murphy, Head of the Regulatory & Risk Advisory (Cayman) Practice, to Partner. This promotion was well-merited by Róisín’s substantial contributions to
Conyers including the successful development of Conyers’ Cayman Islands Regulatory & Risk Advisory practice. Within the Regulatory & Risk Advisory practice, Sarah Howie has been promoted to Counsel and Wayne Flanagan has joined as an Associate, further strengthening the practice’s capabilities.
