Conyers provided Bermuda legal advice to CTF Services Limited (“CTF Services”) in connection with its application to the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors (the “Association”) for registration of debt financing instruments in the aggregate amount of not more than RMB5 billion issuable within two years from the receipt of the notice of acceptance of registration from the Association.

CTF Services operates as a diversified conglomerate. They manage a broad range of businesses across Hong Kong and Mainland China, including toll roads, financial services, logistics, construction, and facilities management.
