This publication has been prepared for the assistance of those who are considering the process of deregistering
a Cayman Islands company to Bermuda. It deals in broad terms with the requirements and
procedures under Cayman Islands and Bermuda law. It is not intended to be exhaustive but merely to
provide an outline of the rules for the process of de-registration of a Cayman Islands company and
