Conyers provided Cayman Islands legal advice to GCL Technology Holdings Limited (“GCL Technology”) in connection with the issue of US$148 million 6.95% guaranteed convertible bonds due 2027.
Founded in 2006, GCL Technology principally engaged in the R&D and manufacturing of zero-carbon energy materials, with global operations across China and the United States.
