Conyers acted as special Bermuda legal counsel to GeoPark Limited (NYSE: GPRK) (“GeoPark”), a Bermuda exempted company listed on the NYSE, in connection with its offering of US$550 million aggregate principal amount of its 9.500% senior notes due 2033.
The notes were offered in a private placement under Rule 144A and Regulation S and are guaranteed by certain subsidiaries of GeoPark. Conyers also advised GeoPark on its concurrent cash tender offer for any and all of its outstanding 8.750% senior notes due 2030.
