Conyers advised Hudson Structured Capital Management (HSCM) on the launch of HS Sawmill LP, a new special purpose vehicle formed to acquire a seasoned portfolio of life insurance-linked securities, following a capital raise of US$110 million.
This transaction expands HSCM’s life insurance strategy, targeting premium financing, commission financing and other asset-backed opportunities.
