Conyers provided Bermuda legal advice to Landsea Green Management Limited (“Landsea Green Management”) in connection with its issue of 10.75% senior notes due 2024 (the “Notes”) involving certain amendments and waivers to an indenture, made between Landsea Green Management, the subsidiaries guarantors as listed on schedule I thereto and DBS Trustee (Hong Kong) Limited as trustee, as amended and supplemented, dated 20 October 2022 pursuant to which the Notes were issued.
Landsea Green Management develops environmentally sustainable residential properties in China and the US. Founded in 2001, Landsea Group uses green technologies and has expanded into various green services. Since 2015, it has focused on an asset-light, green strategy and global expansion.
