Conyers is providing Bermuda law advice to Nasdaq-listed global energy infrastructure company New Fortress Energy Inc. (NFE) in connection with its restructuring transactions and its Restructuring Support Agreement entered into on 17 March 2026, to be implemented as part of a UK Restructuring Plan (UK RP).
The transaction is expected to close by the third quarter of 2026, subject to court availability, customary conditions and regulatory approvals.
