Conyers advised special purpose insurer PoleStar Re Ltd. on its US$300,000,000 Series 2026-1 Principal At-Risk Variable Notes to investors in connection with certain cyber risks.
Conyers’ role included assisting with the preparation of documents, facilitating the listing of the notes on the Bermuda Stock Exchange and providing Bermuda law advice to the company up to closing. This is Beazley’s fourth and largest 144a cyber catastrophe bond.
