Conyers acted for Azerbaijani cargo airline Silk Way West Airlines (SWW) on the delivery of its fourth brand new Boeing B777 freighter.
Conyers provided Bermuda law advice in connection with the purchase of the aircraft, the financing supported by Private Export Funding Corporation (PEFCO) and U.S. Export-Import Bank (EXIM), and worked with the Bermuda Civil Aviation Authority to register the aircraft on the Bermuda Register of Aircraft upon delivery to SWW. Conyers has previously acted for SWW on the delivery, financing and registration of its three prior Boeing B777 aircraft.
