Conyers provided Cayman Islands legal advice to Tibet Water Resources Ltd. in connection with its issue of 8% convertible bonds in the aggregate principal amount of HK$138 million due 2025.
Tibet Water Resources Ltd. is dedicated to delivering sustainable returns and optimal capital value through its core operations in manufacturing and selling 5100 Glacial Water and highland barley beer across China.
