Conyers provided Bermuda legal advice to Yuexiu Transport Infrastructure Limited (“Yuexiu Transport Infrastructure”) in connection with the issue of an aggregate amount of RM400 million first tranche 2025 super short-term commercial paper with maturity not exceeding 180 days on the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors (1st Tranche).

Yuexiu Transport Infrastructure, established in 1996 and previously named GZI Transport Limited, has invested in, built, and operated bridges, expressways, and ports across China.
