Conyers provided Bermuda legal advice to Yuexiu Transport Infrastructure Limited (“Yuexiu Transport Infrastructure”) in connection with the issue of RMB400 million second tranche 2025 super short-term commercial paper with maturity not exceeding 180 days on the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors (2nd Tranche).
Founded in 1996, Yuexiu Transport Infrastructure was formerly known as GZI Transport Limited and has invested in, constructed and managed bridges, expressways and ports in China.
