Conyers provided Bermuda legal advice to Yuexiu Transport Infrastructure Limited (“Yuexiu Transport Infrastructure”) in connection with the issue of up to RMB 700 million medium term notes with maturity of three years under the 2026 first and second tranche.
Yuexiu Transport Infrastructure, established in 1996 and previously named GZI Transport Limited, has invested in, built, and operated bridges, expressways, and ports across China.
