Conyers provided British Virgin Islands and Cayman Islands legal advice to DaFa Properties Group Limited (the “Company”) in connection with its issue of US$180 million 12.875% Senior Notes due 2021.
The Company is a real estate developer and is listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (Stock code: 6111). It is involved in various large-scale real estate development projects including those in the Greater Bay Area, the Yangtze River Delta city cluster and Bohai Rim city cluster etc. It was founded in 1996 and is headquartered in Shanghai, the People’s Republic of China.
