Conyers advised Aircastle Limited (“Aircastle”) in connection with the extension of two revolving credit facilities.
Conyers provided Bermuda law advice to Aircastle in connection with extending the maturity of its US$200 million senior unsecured revolving credit facility with Mizuho Marubeni Leasing America Corporation to January 2029. Mizuho Marubeni Leasing America Corporation is a US-based wholly owned subsidiary of Mizuho Marubeni Leasing Corporation.
Conyers also assisted Aircastle with extending the maturity of its US$300 million unsecured revolving credit facility with Mizuho Bank, Ltd. to February 2029.
These facilities will continue to provide working capital for general corporate purposes, including aircraft acquisitions. Aircastle acquires, leases, and sells commercial jet aircraft to airlines throughout the world.
