  • Advised SageSure Holdings, LLC on its acquisition of GeoVera Advantage Insurance Services, LLC. The transaction includes SageSure’s investment in GeoVera Nova Holdings, Inc. (“GeoVera Nova”), which has acquired GeoVera Insurance Holdings, Ltd.’s insurance carrier businesses by way of a merger with a Bermuda subsidiary of GeoVera Nova.
  • Advised Four Lakes Re Ltd. on its US$200 million Series Class A and US$75 million Series Class B note offering and listing.
  • Advised Kilimanjaro II Re Limited on its US$75 million Series Class A and US$125 million Series Class B notes offering and listing on the Bermuda Stock Exchange.
