Manwa Yip

Manwa Yip is a Senior Associate in the Hong Kong Dispute Resolution practice. She joined Conyers in 2021.

Manwa handles litigation, insolvency and restructuring matters, including:

• Unfair prejudice
• Breach of fiduciary duties and derivative actions
• Various forms of winding up and applications for appointment of provisional liquidators, supervision orders and court directions
• Enforcement of security
• Recognition and enforcement of judgments and arbitral awards
• Injunctive relief and interim remedies
• Debt restructuring

Manwa was seconded to the Cayman Islands office of Conyers in 2023.
