Mia Huo

Mia Huo is a Senior Paralegal in the Hong Kong office of Conyers. She first joined Conyers in 2020 and rejoined in 2024. Mia’s practice covers corporate finance and investment funds. She speaks native Mandarin, fluent English and conversational Cantonese.

Mia provides support across the Corporate team in corporate finance, corporate restructuring, public offerings and listings in Hong Kong, bank financing and general commercial matters. Mia provides support to our lawyers by conducting research on laws and regulations, translating documents, preparing reports and compliance-related documents. She has previously worked in and has gained valuable experience in the automobile industry.
