Oliver Goodwin is a Senior Associate in the Bermuda Property practice.

He is a commercial property attorney with a reputation for assisting clients in maximising the value, and maintaining the liquidity, of their real estate assets, providing clear, considered, commercial, solution-based advice.

Specialising in real estate and real estate finance, he has a breadth of experience advising clients on the acquisition, disposal, leasing and development of commercial and residential property including office, hotel, retail, renewable energy, industrial estates and mixed-use development schemes as well as advising international financial institutions on lending and restructuring matters.

Advised Michael Penrose, Joel Edwards and Igal Wizman of EY as joint receivers of The Elbow Beach Hotel and Development Company, Limited (in receivership) on the sale of the Elbow Beach Hotel and Fritholme Gardens Residences to the Loren Group.
Provided all necessary property, corporate, employment and regulatory advice on Dovetail + Co’s acquisition of the Cambridge Beaches Resort & Spa in Bermuda, the most significant real estate transaction within the hospitality and tourism sector on island in 2020-2021.
