Conyers provided Bermuda law advice to Aircastle Limited (“Aircastle”) in connection with the offering of US$650 million aggregate principal amount of its 5.000% senior notes due 2031 (the “Notes”). The Notes were issued by Aircastle and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Aircastle (Ireland) Designated Activity Company. The offering closed on 28 April 2026.

Aircastle acquires, leases and sells commercial jet aircraft to airlines throughout the world. As of 28 February 2026, Aircastle owned and managed on behalf of its joint venture 282 aircraft leased to 76 airline customers located in 45 countries.
