Conyers advised Truist Securities Inc. and HSBC Bank Bermuda Limited (collectively, the “Lenders”)in connection with the business combination (the “transaction”) of Argus Group Holdings Ltd. and BF&M Limited.
The transaction, which closed on 6 January 2025, was of great significance for the jurisdiction given that it resulted in the creation of Bermuda’s largest domestic insurance group.
